We stayed for four nights with our travel baseball team - which can be A LOT! The entire staff was very patient and friendly with all of us and our kids. The gym was great and the dining and pool areas were as well. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very attentive - especially Nadia. She was very sweet to the kids and families, we all loved her! Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

While not ideal, this is not a bad hotel considering the building age. I stayed in room 524 (a double queen room). What I liked was how spacious the room was. It was open and comfortable. The mattresses were comfortable and supportive. I can’t say anything for the pillows, though, as I brought my own. What I didn’t like was the old toilet (which had a slow flushing speed) and that the window caused everything in the room to look yellow (and the people inside to look jaundiced, which resulted in a medical scare).

A++ Customer Service overall!! BOOK IT!! Dont think twice. The Hotel Smelled really good. Front Desk staff was Extremely friendly, popite and always spoke with a smile on their face. Nadia from the Breakfast team was Absolutely on top of her game! She went above and beyond to make sure the guests were well taken care of. She was very friendly and helpful. (Side note: please keep the Hot tub cleaner and warmer)

Fairfield - Gulf to Bay We lived not too far from this hotel and have sold our house which we needed to be out of the house in a few days. Because we were flying out in the next few days, We needed a place to stay until then. I would like to say Yvette at the front desk is a great asset to this facility. I think I bugged her like about 5 days on a daily basis because our plan kept changing due to the move! She was oh so helpful along with the rest of the staff. We have a service dog due to my health! Thank God for that as it is Pet Friendly! Also the lady by the breakfast area is another asset of yours. The room is clean and great based on Marriott’s great standards. I’m very happy that I chose this place in preparation of our move. Keep up the great job!!!
