Never have had any issues. Been living here 7 years. Always on top of things and live the ducks and fishing pond. Very safe property and would recommend.

If zero stars were available that would be my rating. Management is terrible they never answer the phone and when they do they just hang up on you. They also never return calls. Kim is snudy and rude. The duck pond smells like a sewer. There was a death in the complex and management didn't bother to notify residents and they also have a rodent problem.
