Super racist bank here. If your black or Latin American do not bank here. After having me wait here 10 min to cash a personal check that was written to me as a wedding gift. They didn’t want to cash it supposedly because signatures didn’t match . But my friend who gave me the check as a gift for my wedding always writes checks with them. After asking to talk to a manager and having me wait 20 min in the waiting room he comes out stated he can’t cash the check and can’t tell me why he can’t. Doesn’t say anything else and walks away. RACISM AT ITS FINEST. Several clients that were in the waiting room noticed how rude they were to me and my son. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM

We had to go back 2 times and wait long for a simple name correction on the account. Not acceptable now days with all sophisticated technology. And I felt the extra steps as roadblock because of being a dul citizen... considering doing business with the banks that has more respect.

Whether you like this financial institution or not, the staff at this branch is wonderful. Always smiling and so kind to everyone. Relationship Manager Geraldine Hermida always goes the extra mile. Joann always greets the customers as soon as they come in. I have never had a bad experience with the staff. I am going to miss their virtual tellers , I feel they were going to the right direction with them.

My paycheck is drawn on their bank unfortunately. They charge $8 to cash it. Some branches can't cash it because they are "not authorized." They want you to open an account. Sure, I would, except this branch had the rudest people working for them. I'd drive across town to go to a better branch.
