Lousy customer service. I needed to notarize a document of less than half a page, they tell me that there is no one to do it until an hour and a half later. I return and again they tell me that I must wait 1 hour and a half more. There are only two people waiting in front of me. The man who gives information asks people to leave because according to him there are no personnel.

The worst branch ever, 1 trailer for almost 20 people waiting in line Gaby is so rude after I waited for almost 45 minutes she thought the receipt on the counter this is no Manger to talk to when you ask for someone to help finish the line the answer they are in a break before I get in I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting no one came then I got in found that rude persons who have no responsibility to work.

The slowest bank I have ever been in. Customer service is a -0.. one star is just being nice. Management needs to get in together. Taking my business account somewhere else!!!! Over it.....

I truly look forward to ending my 30 years with Bank of America. 5 customer service reps. ONE teller for a line of 12 people. Sure, we would love to open your account and then provide almost no service for you. In response to your reply. If I could have used the ATM I certainly would have and saved 30 minutes wait time. It was a larger cash transaction that required a teller. I believe B of A is in a death spiral. Lack of customer service is a sure sign of a company on the way out. CAN NOT WAIT to be done with B of A.
