Our doors are locked between 5 p.m. and 5 a.m., and a team member regularly walks the buildings during those hours. For assisted living, a team member is onsite 24/7. We have a wandering alarm system for residents who need extra security. Local law enforcement performs nightly on-campus patrols.
We are here to help with most aspects of daily life. We can assist with needs and change your plan if needed in the future.
If you have been driving before you move into Fort Scott Presbyterian Village, you may continue to drive as long as it is safe for you to do so. We also provide scheduled transportation and by appointment, as needed.
Yes, we allow pets in independent living on a case-by-case basis. Residents may have a dog, cat, birds and/or fish, if approved.
Yes, parking is available for active drivers at Presbyterian Village.
Dining is an important component of our culture at Fort Scott Presbyterian Village. We offer flexible meal plans with seasonal and always-available menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner so you can choose what you’d like to eat. Select the meal plan to suit your needs.
Medicaid is not available for Independent Living and does not apply to assisted living.
At times, yes. To get on the wait list, you must submit a long-term application for residency.
For Independent Living, we offer beautiful one- and two-bedroom apartments. For Assisted Living, we offer beautiful one- and two-bedroom apartments.
