Outstanding service and work. Had a complete new set of high end speakers and an added subwofer installed plus an awesome amplifier in my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox. They do! My husband got me one for My new jeep. He got a GREAT DEAL last Xmas (so wait till then) it was $99 for the starter itself, to install & program the 2 already existing key fobs. They have other systems but then You have additional fobs on Your key ring, they do the same thing but cost more! We Love S.O.T. Lol P.S.-They do a great job on tint too!
I noticed that store staff get annoyed when people call to get tech support for things they bought somewhere else/online. I don't blame them. I bought a couple of orders from their website and from their Amazon storefront and they replied by email in less than an hour, the store staff are not required to do any follow up with online orders. I never tried store walk-in.
All employees wear masks, we have a limit of 12 customers inside of the store, all customers are required to wear masks as well. We sanitize and disinfect all surfaces between customers.

Please swing by one of our stores with the vehicle and the radio you are wanting to have installed. A salesperson will go out to your vehicle and assess what will need to be done , and what parts they will need to complete the job. They will then issue an estimate and schedule an appointment to have the install done. Thank you
There shouldn't be a problem if they're factory. I would call and ask
SOT is excellent. at installing remote starts.. This is the official remote start season if you ask them.. i have known the head installer and co owner since 1995 and can tell you they know their stuff.. The biggest issues with remote starts is people connecting the wrong side of the starter wire and they burn up the starter.. i would seriously doubt you would ever have this issue with SOT.. but this is for the Dover store.. Unfortunately. I have not worked with the Claymont store folks but I would imagine the service will be consistent. I dont know of any installation shop that offers a ride but Uber is easy enough.
