I noticed that store staff get annoyed when people call to get tech support for things they bought somewhere else/online. I don't blame them. I bought a couple of orders from their website and from their Amazon storefront and they replied by email in less than an hour, the store staff are not required to do any follow up with online orders. I never tried store walk-in.
Yeah they are a little rude I noticed that as well .
