As I saw somewhere that u they use refurbished part remote starter is it true and how reliable these parts are for a new car

Don't know about that, but they do give a warranty

We sell new products and refurbished, just like most retail businesses do. It all depends on what the customer picks out. As far as the refurbished remote starts go we have had no issues with them. They come with a 1 year warranty versus a lifetime warranty that the new product comes with. The price of a refurbished unit is less for that reason. It's totally up to the customer to decide which is more valuable to them, a lower price or a lifetime warranty. - Mike
