I am not a frequent package mailer but have used this place more than once. I wait for my son to come with me when he can because he absolutely adored Rascal and now he loves seeing Scrappy Doo. I have always had the best service here: never waited a long time, always reasonable shipping prices (better than USPS most times), excellent customer service (They have helped me with packing supplies like peanuts, and give good advice on how to pack my items so they don't get broken, have helped me resize my box by cutting it down) and it's also super convenient that your shipping addresses are stored in their system so you can literally drop something without it being pack or sealed or addressed, tell them who (as long as it's in their system), and pay and go! They also have great hours because I can go after work and not feel rushed by post office hours. I have used every shipping service in this town and can honestly say, this place is by far the easiest and nicest place to go for anything you need to mail something. Thank you!

I had a cruise from Seattle and need to get few packages. I had experience with PostalAnnex at Portland so I assumed that I can use them to receive packages for me... (mistake). When I came to get my packages, the owner told me that they don't give that service to everyone (you need to open account). Fortunately, the owner was so nice and keep the packages for me and even didn't ask for money! Great service.

Postal Annex is the ONLY Gig Harbor shipping store who uses Happy Returns. I ordered something on line and had to return it, so I went to Postal Annex today. First time there, but I will definitely support this small business again. Upon entering, I was welcomed by a cute, sweet, and friendly dog named Rascal. The employees were kind and helpful, and with a few clicks, I had returned my items (no need to repackage with Happy Returns!) A couple pats on the head to Rascal and I was on my way out the door.
