I don't write many reviews but I couldn't let my recent positive experience with Brandon go unrecognized! I had a rather complicated art project that needed to be printed, sized, and cut for a school auction. I went into the store during a busy time yet Brandon took his time evaluating my objectives and making numerous suggestions for an optimal result, all with an eye toward keeping costs down, which was a goal of mine! I greatly appreciated his level of knowledge and attention to detail, and can't thank him enough for simplifying the process for me! I also want to give props to the other Brandon (another employee) who very quickly and politely handled the long line that had formed while I was in the store. This was definitely a 5-star experience for me!

I have been coming to this store for years. I can not, in good conscience and out of concern with my personal health, continue to use your establishment. There is a newer employee, a blond lady, who every time I have come in, is not wearing a mask. I have heard customers ask her if she knew the sign in the window says that employees are wearing masks, she replies with "I don't know". After this pandemic going on for several years I am not sure how someone could not know or not follow, what I assume, is a corporate policy. Today was the end of my business with your store, she was coughing while talking to customers. I was shocked. I walked out, and will not be using your store anymore. I will be forwarding this complaint to the UPS corporate office.

I’m sorry that because of Covid you have way more business than you can handle. It does not mean you need to be rude to customers and say there is absolutely no way you can help printing 5 pages on card stock any sooner than 5 days.

Extremely NICE Location! Service was also outstanding! I was first greeted, walking into the CLEANEST shipping service store/location! I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention that I had dropped off a USPS Package to this UPS Store (not the same service/provider). I went to follow up on Monday, as I had realized my mistake, and was informed, they caught my mistake and got it to USPS for me! My package ended up being delivered on time to its destination because of their acts of integrity and customer service excellence! This location has restored faith in shipping! I've had too many experiences of "Lost" or "Damaged" shipments with USPS and FedEx but didn't get to choose the shipping provider with this package. I appreciate their integrity upheld here with this staff and will start using this location more and more because of it! Thank you GIG HARBOR UPS Store! You made my day, week & year! NIKKI
