A friend just went in because she was on day 3 of pretty sure having strep. After 3 days of no sleep and not being able to eat because the extreme pain, she needed to be seen by a doctor. She let them know right away that she had taken a covid test and gotten a positive result. She was taking all the precautions - wearing a medical mask, keeping her distance. They told her to wait in her car and they would let her know when she could be seen. 1 1/2 hours later, she went back in to see how much longer they would take. They made some excuse of how they had tried to call her (she had her phone the entire time, no call) but because she tested positive they couldn't help her and she needed to quarantine for ten days. They are all vaccinated, all wearing medical grade masks, and they still refused to give her a strep test. So is covid the only disease that can harm you? Pretty sure strep untreated does not go away. They sent her away with no help. So wrong!

Just saw the nurse, so rude! It was close to closing time, but no excuse to be aggressive and rude, especially when patients feel so sick. I was told a bp of 120/40 was perfect, and I was not allowed to see a provider. I was told to go er if I feel bad.

Had the doctor not misdiagnosed my finger injury, I would be a month ahead of my recovery. The doctor misdiagnosed my injury at this clinic, and placed my injured body part in a splint in the totally wrong position. It was not until a couple weeks later when I saw an orthopedic specialist that I learned of the true diagnosis of my hand injury. The splint I had been wearing in the position the original Franciscan clinic doctor put my finger in was creating more damage than good. Almost forcing me into surgery to repair the damage from her misdiagnoses. You are just an insurance processing number here in my opinion rolling the dice.

They will do a covid test if you are having symptoms but you will still have to wait to see a provider. It isn't just a walk-in covid test.
