This is the best place for anyone looking for Japanese maple. They have a lot of beautiful maples here. Doing some research before you arrive will save you time, as they have a huge variety.

I have visited this Tree Farm on 2 separate occasions & both times were very pleasant & informative. I enjoyed viewing the expansive tree allotment here as they have over 260 species. The co-owners were very nice & knowledgeable & answered all my questions. I will definitely return. I have since returned (5/2021) & it was just as lovely as the other 2 times.😀Soooo many choices!

If you are looking to purchase a maple tree, this is the place to come. They have a large selection of maples and a variety of other trees. Dan's knowledge will help you select the right tree(s) including size, height, spacing, and location at your site given the tree's sun and water needs. The service and prices are great. They even offer delivery and planting services if desired. Loved this place. So happy we found it. Our trees are beautiful!

Hi there Lorie - Thanks for the note! Wow, you are most welcome to visit and to bring a group - is it a gardening club? we sell about 80% japanese maples and about 20% conifers and evergreens, and a few other things like japanese stewartia for example. But mostly maples and conifers. We are up to about 300 varieties of maples and about 2500 trees. If you would like to bring a group, your best bet to avoid the crowds would be Thursdays or Friday mornings 10 and on - Saturdays have lately been very swamped. This coming Saturday I will be having another person run the nursery that day as I will be out for a class. It would be great to know when if you decide to come with a large group. Thanks much! Hi there Ann - Thank you for the note - Yes we are planning to be open Thursday thru Satu 10-4 through the end of October and you are most welcome to visit, no appointments neccessary. We may then shut down in Nov for some time as the foliage starts falling, and will update our Google listing accordingly. Going forward through the winter, we usually shut down our regular hours as most folks find it hard to select trees without foliage, but we are still working there each week and are always glad to have visits with appointments. We then reopen mid or end of April when the foliage returns! Thanks, Dan
