I appreciate the access to the cost effective shots. There is no customer service though, these women are just going through the motion of their job. Don’t expect to be in and out no matter what time your appointment is. Each time I’ve waited 45 mins after our appointment before being seen, so make sure you don’t have anything to do after. The nurses administering the shots are friendly though!

The lady in the front desk left me outside with two kids under 5 during the winter 🥶. She saw us freezing in front of the door but refused to open the door just because she wanted us to call the number on the door before letting us access the building. What if I forgot my phone at home or something? PS: We had an appointment, and they knew people was supposed to be there by 8:30. The crazy part is that, they will be hiding inside acting like there is nobody in the office because you cannot see them but they can see you. At the end, they will use COVID-19 regulations to mask their rude attitudes.

Staff is so rude! All the African American women were so sweet but everyone else was very rude. I didn’t know you had to call to be let in, when booking my daughters appointment they made sure to tell me everything else I needed to to but that so when we got there and the door was locked we were very confused. The door said call to book appointment but didn’t say anything about being let in. So my daughter started knocking Hispanic lady walks out yells read the door and call, shuts the door on our face. So I call then no one answers then a rude white nurse comes out and screams at me to call, we’ll ride one I am calling and no one is answering, she tells me call again we were busy and shuts the door again. They made my daughter and me wait outside in 100 degree weather just to be rude.
