First I would like to start off with a happy new if it’s not late with that been said my experience living at ranch at city currently do has been amazing management is awesome very understanding when it come to any situation definitely no complaints on my end 😁😁since the pandemic I've caught Covid twice an they really been a lot of help I believe they have A remarkable team definitely a statement I will back up but two Individual I would like to give a lot of credit to is America an Taylor ladies who is passionate about helping other make sure ever residential is happy I would like to say thank you an appreciate everything y’all are doing keep up the wonderful work Ranch at City area is quit peacefully outstanding gym beautiful pool security 24/7 no unnecessary noises a place you can call home like I do you want to experience great Quality of customer service this is the home for you a group of good people

I never understood all the bad reviews when I moved here, until now. I got married to someone in the military and had to move. I changed my name and along with that changed my email address. They sent my final bill to my old email address and made ZERO other effort to contact me. My phone number never changed, but no they chose not to bother to pick up a phone and see what was going on. I got lucky I ever even found out about the bill. I logged into that old email to find an old file and happened to see it. Emailed back immediately, explained this was no longer an active email for me and that I could send this in immediately. Followed up with a phone call as urgent matters require a phone call, which is clearly a concept they don’t understand. Taylor was helpful and understanding but unfortunately gave me the wrong address which resulted in the payment being returned to me multiple times. I kept in contact via phone about it and finally tried a different address that worked. Only to then be told it was already in collections and they wouldn’t accept the money order even though it was dated. All I can say is learn how to use a phone about important matters! It’s almost like they wanted this to go to collections and ruin a military families credit over $39.15. Even after I paid my rent throughout the pandemic on time, this is what I get. DONT LIVE HERE!!!

Year 5 and the office staff is like family! They've been courteous and cared for my son and I from the moment we arrived. Maintenance guys are quick and efficient and the property is clean. We've had some terrible neighbors but even with their behavior the building staff was on point. This is Home.

Bad maintenance they don't know how to fix things, noises coming through a door and window,please don’t move this apartment.careless management.😡😡😡😡.
