We stayed in this community for more than 5 years. This is definitely a good community to stay in.Staff is a great and living environment as well. This is a good apartment for this price in this area. Washer and dryer are also included in the apartment. The apartment is located in a great place and Grocery is also very nearby.Staff is so friendly especially Diana helped us a lot. Thank you.

We had a great experience moving in. Kassandra was very helpful and was responsive to our questions. The apartment itself is great and was very clean and ready for move in. This is a great place to live and the price is pretty reasonable!

No, it's added to the bill sent to you each month. For example, if your rent is $1000 monthly and your water bill is $50 monthly, they will send you a bill of $1050 monthly plus the trash valet which is $25 monthly, so the total will be about $1075 monthly sent to you each month.
