We visited Bert’s yesterday to look for an adult size tricycle!!! We received top notch service at Bert’s from Ryan K. and Jim the manager!! We were helped the minute we walked in the door! Taken directly to the tricycles and was able to let her ride around the store!! The tricycle was perfect for her! Ryan then assisted my husband with a bike that would fit his size and what he was looking for! Ryan and Jim happily looked into specifics for my husband and made sure he was investing in something that wouldn’t work for him! They then directed him to an e-bike that was reasonably priced and he fell in love! Keep in mind this was all 30 minutes before closing we received this phenomenal service!!! It was after 6pm by the time they both tried out their bikes! My husband then mentioned I needed a new bike as well and Ryan was quick to assist even though they were technically closed already! They processed a credit application for us and made a sale on 3 bikes and 3 helmets due to their prestige customer service skills! They didn’t have attitudes like most people would before closing! They were extremely helpful and fitted every one of us with a helmet! These guys were amazing! We appreciated the service we received and are excited to have our new bikes delivered to start a new adventure. Thank you Ryan and Jim for your service! Your expertise and extraordinary customer service was not left unnoticed or unappreciated! Thank you!!!!!! This store deserves more than a 5 star review!!!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff , good selection for most average bikers , just not much for the hardcore enduro/freerider/bike park kind of riders like myself. Coming from a bmx background I used to get all my bikes and gear here as well as motocross stuff also ,and years later when I turned 18 and started riding motorcycles I would also get a lot of gear and other motorcycle stuff here. Unfortunately I haven't been back in for years and when I came back in for the first time after 5+ yrs I was disappointed to see all the mx and motorcycle merch and vehicles were gone , they dont even have a simple pair of mx gloves (fox,thor,fly..etc...) and they dont have really anything for the mtb rider type such as myself. I ride aggressive style full sus and hardtail bikes and the selection is very limited and what they do have is all at the high end if the msrp whereas you can get most of the stuff online far cheaper. Buttttt do not get me wrong they are a great bike shop, just geared more towards your average road/light bike path rider and weekend warriors, great selection for that style of riding. As u said staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have it all from retail sales personal to knowledgeable mechanics. I will always have a special kind of love for Bert's as they were there with me from the time I was a young 5yr old getting into bmx and dirt jumping to my dedicated bmx racing years and from my mx to motorcycle years and even so still now a days for my mtb needs (just not as much as I'd like).. I'm 28 and I've been going here for almost 25 yrs. Definitely recommend Bert's to all riders at all levels.

Went Bert’s in Orchard Park location and had the Best experience not only did they have the part in stock they were able to take the sprocket off the old but replaced it on new wheel as I waited 10mins if that would certainly go back for any service work, friendly courteous and knowledgeable….
