No appointments. They assess bikes on the spot and will give you an estimated cost and turn around time based on the work that is needed.
150 is the price to be fitted. But if you buy it is deducted from the price of the bike.
The cycle techs there will be able to fit her for whatever she needs. If they cannot they will know someone who does have specialties she needs. It is going to cost for a fitting though. Check their website for rates. Believe you, me, there is a bike for EVERYONE ❤ Good luck!😁

Yes they sell bike racks and also a rack for the back of a bike to carry stuff. I use mine for a child seat they installed.
