Im posting this review while calling. It is 6:32pm and they not answering the phone. They close at 7pm. They NEVER answer the phone! I wish I could give the zero stars🤬🤬🤬

This morning I went to the Waldorf distribution center at 10:15 am; opening for the center was supposed to be at 10:30 am; A line began growing at 10:30 am and a man I m line even banged on the door but no one answered. I called several times before I left at 1040 am.

10 people standing outside waiting to pick up mail. Post Office Rd location sent us over with understanding that this facility should be open. Postal Carrier with RAGGEDY LONG RED BRAIDS told me “she ain’t gotta help me with SHIT” and ain’t got to give me her name period #TRUCK 2209813 ! Now to make a formal complaint USPS. I don’t care whether you a clerk, a carrier or a cleaner, CUSTOMER SERVICE should always be provided at a high level. So since she “ain’t gotta do shit” I’m gonna make it my business she stands on that word ! And today you run up on someone in quality and compliance with that gangster behavior it warrants IMMEDIATE TERMINATION Ms. Coco !

So my package was stolen here , it’s been saying the same thing for the last two weeks. Filed a claim for an update and they told me the same thing as the tracking information provides. That it’s “on its way to another distribution center”. It’s funny how you can be a government funded organization and be the worst option as far as shipping goes. Now I have a file a claim for a package they lost. Funny. USPS is the worst service and it’s not even close. Doesn’t make any sense.
