Great location in Old Town Alexandria with a great staff that is very experienced, knowledgeable & eager to help. They provide exceptional maintenance & will make every attempt to fix problems right on the spot without having to leave your bike for service. ITS NOT THAT THEY ARE NOT DOING RENTALS..ITS THAT THEY ALL THE RENTAL BIKES DURING THE PANDEMIC AND GLOBAL BIKE SHORTAGE, THE SHOP HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO REPLENISH THE RENTAL BIKE FLEET DUE TO THE DEMAND AND SHRTAGE OF BIKES,THEREFORE THEY HAVE NO RENTALS THIS YEAR..MAYBE WHEN THINGS SETTLE THE SHOP CAN BUY BIKES NOT JUST TO SELL BUT TO RENT...THAT IS WHY.
