The whole experience has been a mess and headache for me. I went here due to the reviews being good but it did not live up to the customer service everyone else received. I keep communicating simple instructions to the front desk and it is like I am asking for the world. All I wanted was a prescription for my eyes. The Doctor is kind and gave me help when I needed it but the front desk brings the experience all the way down.
