Went once without an appointment. Waited a while but got a decent cut. Went a second time with an appointment and I still had to wait until past the end of my appointment time before someone even acknowledged that they were behind and tried to figure it out. This place is a train wreck of unorganized mess.

It was a wonderful experience. I hope my next one will be just as pleasant. I was a walk-in, I was immediately greeted & listed on the waitlist. While waiting, I noticed many walking in had scheduled appointments, thus got me worried, it'd probably take awhile for me to be seen. I could not have been more wrong. I waited no more than 6 mins. Tony, my stylist, sat me where he was posted and gave me a great "cut & shave", he was thorough and professional, in fact it was by far the most relaxing cut I have gotten in while. The haircuts are reasonably priced and for such a great quality of service, (note: this establishment only accepts cash, as far as I'm concerned). Thank you, Tony for making me "handsome" words from my mom. Yay to great cuts! Cheers.
