Loved my stay! Elizabeth and the front desk man who likes the Atlanta Falcons but deep down I think he LOVES the Saints was AWESOME! The rooms were spacious, clean! The area has plenty to do and many food options! Will definitely stay again

I'm local stayed for a night since our AC gave out at home. When we check in the front desk girl was not very nice she even rolled her eyes at me when I told her I check it online but I couldn't upload the keys. She said "we don't have have that available at our hotel" while I guess annoyed I even asked!. I was never mean to her I was just ready to lay down in the cold AC. I went downstairs to ask for another towel and that girl was being extremely nice to a customer that had an attitude with her she lowered her rate and offered complimentary water. Yes I'm complaining but at this point I just bell mistreated and never going there again.

The rooms were fine when we finally got one that was functional. We stayed there to give the kids a place to swim indoors. If you plan on doing this, find another place! The water was very green and smelled like sewage. When I brought it up to the staff members one told me we could swim next door at a sister property. I told them that was the entire reason we picked the Hampton over that hotel because of the indoor pool and it was to cold to swim outside. She got someone else to come and talk to me and I was then told that the pool was fine. The lighting in the pool area makes it look more green than it is and the smell is because it is a salt water pool. Way to much money for what you get.

Stayed here for a week long business trip. I found this hotel excellent and very comfortable. Very good breakfast. Choice of omelette, sausage, cereals, bagels etc. Has a waffle making station, various juices, and coffee that was pretty impressive. The room was very clean, with free WiFi and HBO. The front desk people are all very nice and helpful. The area around here is very popular with business travelers, there are very good restaurants, Walmart/Target and any other kind of place you need all within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay north of Dallas.
