Where do I start. Extremely slow maintenance help. My sink was clogged for 4 days before they came out. I had already tried everything. My apartment smelled like sewage. There was a leak in the roof above my son’s bedroom. They supposedly came and fixed it. About a week later, it rained again. Since they had cut holes to vent walls, it literally rained on top of my son and damaged most of his stuff. When I called they were rude and took very little responsibility. I can’t imagine how bad that room will forever smell due to the extent of the damage. Charged me for no renters insurance, even though I had uploaded a copy of it multiple times to their 3rd party verifier. Pools often closed. Neighbors loud. Windows and walls are very thin, so you hear everything and your electric bill is super high. My freezer door would randomly open often. That was never fixed. Oh, and the wanted to raise my rent by 30% after one year. I’ve thankfully moved to a new place with a much better management company.

For the last 6 years, I can honestly say I am happy to call the Flatiron District at Austin Ranch my home. Everyone is super friendly from the neighbors to maintenance, and the amenities are top notch (gyms, pools, walking trails, dog area, etc.). The location is convenient to walk or take a short drive to just about everything! The area is safe and their is always so much to do. The Flatiron District hosts amazing events monthly that make you feel valued as a resident. If you're searching for a great apartment centralized around everything, please check this place out! ⭐

I’ve lived here for a couple years now and the management has gotten far beyond disgraceful. There is a girl named Jackie, at the possibly the leasing center, who is easily one of the rudest employees here. Then, if by some miracle, you can get a hold of someone in corporate, they will Ignore you like you never reached them. Its sad to see how horrible the work ethic is. Nobody is held responsible for any of their actions and these employees could careless about the paying tenants. We have never seen a company or employees act so lazy. There’s a reason why this place is now one of the worst rated places in the area. I strongly advise you read the reviews and think about it before moving here.

Overall experience was terrible, was shown pictures of a townhouse then was moved into something completely different. The townhouse we were shown had new paint, new flooring, and granite countertops. What we were moved into was straight out of the 80's, old carpet, flaky paint all over, master bath tub had been painted which was peeling off, and Formica counters that were stained and falling apart. We were moving in from out of state and didn't have the time to look at the actual townhouse. That's on us, false advertising is on them. Had multiple roof leaks that resulting in damage to our items that were reported and never fixed. AC worked sometimes but when it did would cause us to have a 700$ electric bill on a 1500 square foot townhouse. And now to top that all off, 6 months after moving out they have sent us a bill saying that we owe them $690 for damages, we have asked multiple times for pictures and proof and they have provided nothing. We didn't get any deposits back or any information from them prior to this even though we moved out a month before our lease was over and turned our keys in a week after that. If this is the way business is conducted all the time I would highly recommend somewhere else. These people are unprofessional and just downright crooked, seems like a corporate slum lord to me.

I've never had any luck reaching them by phone. It's a pain but the only way to get a human is to go to the leasing office.
My cousin uses to live in one. I loved the size abd value of it. He was in phase 2 I believe a block or si behind Cafe gecko. The only complaints he had were street noise.
Great question -_- seems like some communication issues lately...hopefully it's fixed soon for your building!
My apartment didn't come with them (we had our own set) but when my washer finally gave out we were able to get a new set and they added on like $40 to our rent. (My hubs dealt with it so i don't remember whatthe amount ended up being)
You absolutely can handle the entire process online. Would you like for a leasing consultant to contact you?
What's your telephone number or email address and I'll have a leasing consultant contact you.
Hi Harry! Hugo is our Maintenance Director. Is there something he can assist you with?
Should be about 6-8 weeks
