My apartment didn't come with them (we had our own set) but when my washer finally gave out we were able to get a new set and they added on like $40 to our rent. (My hubs dealt with it so i don't remember whatthe amount ended up being)
Some units do and if the apt. you like doesn't have them, you may request them for an additional monthly fee added to your rent! Basically around $40 to $50 extra to rent them!
Some apartments do, I would reach out to the main office to confirm which units have w/d available.
