Warning: do not bring your family in this restaraunt. I walked in because I love ramen. I heard a song playing with the lyrics saying, “I wanna F right now”. Kind of astonishing quite frankly. I walked right out.

My top 3 ramens (personal favorite) in DFW. Their Veggi Ramen is something no one expects to even be better then their amazing tonkotsu ramen. The Colony Location lags behind the Dallas location. I can tell with the pork being more tough, but still amazing (meaty, smokey, chared, flavorful)! Broth is very flavorful and makes your nose all runny! A+ for that. They provide chili oil and chili flakes if you want to heat it up a little more. I miss having all the fun garlics, white peppers available when I want it. Do not think they take cash, or apple pay, fyi. Also, I rec the dallas location, but this "works"

Food is decent and customer service was great. However, 1 star for inconsiderateness. There is no excuse for deliberately removing your face covering while training employees and talking to customers. It was also awkward as a customer to see two people sampling the ramen from my cup before handing it to me. Also, fingers don't go on the inside of cups.
