Store was in shambles and dirty. Alex is one of the rudest associates I have ever incountered in my many years of shopping Anywhere! Since his meal was waiting near him, perhaps hunger played a role. Nonetheless, he needs communication and hospitality skills.

I love Ross because it’s affordable and they always have cute trendy clothes. I like this Ross specifically because of the staff. I am not really a fan of small talk but I always have really great conversations with the staff here.
