Positive: Rooms are great. Always clean. usually quiet. Negative: We've stayed at this hotel before and customer service has dropped off considerably. Clerk was rude at checkin and got no answer at front desk when we called with a problem at 5 a.m. on night. Also power outage when we checked out so couldn't use elevator

This Hotel is CLOSED but they don't tell you until you get there!!! We booked this hotel, got a confirmation, CALLED two days prior to ensure a 2 bed room AND that the pool was open, got that confirmed, showed up to check in, and a sign on the door says to go next door to the Holdiay Inn and that this hotel is CLOSED!!! This was for our daughter's birthday party (indoor pool, our family). The Holiday Inn next door is owned by the same group and the desk people just figured it was alright to just switch and NOT tell anyone that the reservation was a LIE! Check your dates, owners - you were closed on May 23rd 2022. Our confirmation was 25042998. We showed up and the hotel was CLOSED

Positive: we booked holiday inn express. when we got there, a note on the door told us to go to the holiday inn next door to check in at the holiday inn. we walked over to the holiday inn, checked in, they gave us the card key and we walked back over. Negative: when we walked back over to the express we tried the card they had given us, it didn't work. Why didn't they tell us they had moved us to the holiday inn? The holiday inn said they served food but they didn't. Won't stay there again.

Stayed there Saturday February the 19th. The reason we went with this hotel was it had an indoor pool but was so cold it might as well have been outside. I don't leave reviews much but this was a pretty big let down for my 4 year old. He loves the water and swimming. We tried to stay in but after a couple minutes I was shivering. The rest of the hotel was nice and the young woman up front was very nice when I told her about the pool.
