mout bill is O till the money runs out. So why would I not deal with them . I've been paying $20.00 for internet you 3 years. I have not paid for TV FOR 10 year. You that think you need all the bells and nothing pay for it. Shop all the crocks for TV you can get for free with a HD antenna, about $45.00

I have read absolutely no problems with Comcast service or Band width. As far as not getting service...that person may be too rural and costly to lay cable.

Peacock is a streaming service, like Netflix or Hulu. If you have a smart TV or a streaming device, you can install the Peacock App to watch anything they have available, but it counts toward your data usage, so be mindful of that.

Unfortunately, I know of no public number for the Leesburg office. You likely will be best served by going there and speaking to someone at the customer service desk. If your comment is accurate, this should be easily resolved.

Cable, Satellite, and Over-the-Air TV. Broadcast TV doesn't yet support 4K, let alone HDR. However, there are now some set-top boxes from cablecompanies, including Altice (Optimum) and Comcast (Xfinity), that support 4K via apps and streaming. You can find this information on the Xfinity.com website

I would try turning it off. Removing power for a minute or two (removing the battery if you can) and then turn it back on. If that doesnt work. Call tech support. They will probably have you do this when you call anyways
