I deleted my original post due to being pressured by my neighbor to write the bad review about Commerce Housing. I've never lived in housing but my neighbors across the street talked out everything & everything is good except for the CRAZY neighbor filing FALSE COMPLAINTS TO THE HOUSING OFFICE & COMMERCE PD. She has done this EVERYWHERE she's lived. She needs to be committed or put in jail for HARRASSMENT!!! She parks her car where our neighbors across the street have a problem backing out. She's just mean. She drives down Sunrise EVERYDAY!!! When I filled out the application for Commerce housing I was told 1 year & a half to 2 yrs & it was 5 months. You may have to remind them of something that you need done but hey it's a decent place just talk to your neighbors.
