You have to go in mon-thurs 8am to 1pm. Fill out paper work to see if you qualify. And then go on a list.
You have to call them, or better, go in and talk with them at 305 N Houston St in Royse City. Your situation and availability of units are the determinate.
I think it's best to come in person, but what I hear is they stay full alot so I would come an ask so you don't wast your time.
Yes they have two and three bedrooms available and they take people on SSI
