So, C&J (Crystal & her team) have serviced me for years now. With Hunter Douglas closing their Luna Road facility in Dallas, I was bummed, but I found C&J. They are the nearest "Factory Authorized " Service Center. In the past I have always been able to schedule & she or one of her people has come out. This time, I had a "911" on a Sunday evening and was able to take the blind in to her on Monday. She was able to take care of me while I waited...in about 30 minutes (Gave me time to go get lunch!). All under warranty too. Excellent service as always. Really nice to have a 5 year warranty on all my electrical components! Thank you Crystal!! Really appreciate it!

Crystal and her team did such a nice job. Crystal was involved from the beginning and came out to the house to go over the available products for my wife and I to choose from. She took the window measurements and once she was done I felt confident the job was done right and would come out well. The new blinds were installed yesterday and the job is now complete. I could not be happier. By the way, I ordered 'room darkening' blinds which controls my Western exposure to the Sun. If you need room darkening Hunter Douglas products will do the job. The installation was done yesterday in about and hour. I received the invoice for the work yesterday too. Great job, five stars.

Highly recommend C&J Pro Blind Repair! Crystal was a pleasure to deal with and the technician (Chris) was professional and did exellent work. Our home is new construction and we needed a total of 15 blinds ordered and installed. Most of our windows are 8ft tall and we wanted shuttler blinds on rounded windows in the front, so they didn't have an easy task. I don't leave a ton of reviews but have recently started doing them for companies that offer great service. We live in a time where COVID has become a common excuse for poor service, so companies like C&J should be recognized when they go above and beyond. My wife and I couldn't happier with our blinds and with the service the C&J provided us!
