Took our 2021 Honda Accord EX-L Hybrid in for its first service appointment. Oil change, tire rotation as needed. Was meet and greeted by a greeter when I pulled up to the service area who was polite and filled out card - showed me where to go to advisor desk. Overall process went well and staff was great. Waited in waiting room area which was clean. Check out was quick as was card pick up. Over all very good service.

*A+++ CUSTOMER SERVICE - Just purchased our 3rd car from DCH Mission Valley (2 were bought this week). Brendan is PHENOMENAL - he was super personable, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was late to my appointment, but Kai was waiting and ready when I came. He helped me through the check-in process and was very easy to communicate with. My van was finished sooner than estimated, which surprised me. When Kai saw me come to pay for my van, he made sure to have it ready before the cashier was able to call for it. Great experience!

Great experience at DCH Honda with the purchase of my hybrid Honda Accord. Internet Sales consultant (Tony) was very courteous, very responsive to phone calls/text messages at all time of the day and evening, and took time to explain details of the vehicle features. Paperwork for closing the deal with quick and easy with John! Without a doubt, I would come back to find my next Honda at DCH.
