I had a great experience here. I saw a pickup right when they posted it and David Metzger kept me informed even on his days off! He let me know when the pickup was out of service shop and helped me throughout the whole process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They were all very friendly and Ari the finance guy was awesome as well!

I put a deposit down for a new C8 and played the long waiting game. It was hard to get an estimate for when it would come in. Finally, when it arrived, I was bombarded with calls and text messages. There was no notification that the car was being delivered. No heads up. The car is here, come pick it up. Now. Unfortunately, the car could not have come at a worse time. I needed a few days to finish up taxes. The dealer could not wait. I understand that these cars are in high demand, so dealers want to move them quickly. They also want to make as much money as they can. That’s the nature of the business. I was told that if I got my finances figured out and the car was there, it would be available for me. Frank kindly helped with figuring out financing options. I dropped everything I was doing and went back to the dealership the next morning because the car had not been sold. In hindsight, it was my mistake to take back the deposit on the order. I felt very rushed in the process and probably made a poor decision there. When I got to the dealership, they said the car price was marked up further and I would have to pay an additional $10k to get it (now $15k over MSRP). Mission Bay Chevrolet is my local dealer and would have loved to work with them. Unfortunately, I can not recommend going here. I will be placing another order for the C8 and will likely choose a location that has better communication and less questionable ethics.

Purchased used vehicle. Went thru Luis as salesperson who advocated for me and Mike sales manager. There was crack in windshield and Mike stepped up by issuing letter that if continued to crack they would replace. Well it did and Mike set up getting replaced. Excellent! I cannot give 5 star because the sales process was full of paperwork and no less than three people. I paid cash. Would recommend but be prepared for long wait to complete sales.
