An amazing newbies experience! It was my fourth visit in about a year to look for used women's golf clubs. I was greeted and assisted by the most sincere and genuinely caring staff! Most retail stores are about sales, but their staff really care about the customer and their satisfaction and was confident enough and their products to encourage me to try them out first with a 90-day return policy, before buying a bag and extra accessories. Aside from the exemplary customer service, caring about the customers wallet and satisfaction led me to inquire about potential career opportunities! Chris, was so helpful and patient with my inquiries as a newbie to golf, and even wish me well not just in the game but also congratulated me on grad school. Rick, well he has the same name as my Uncle so naturally I'm biased to say, he was also excellent with the customer service I received today. He signed me up for their excellent loyalty program with unbeatable rewards! And, the store manager said they are hiring and encouraged me to apply! I'm so glad that I was patient enough to keep coming back, as a good set of affordable used women's golf clubs are hard to find. It was always there exceptional customer service that kept me coming back in to check! You can get all of your golfing needs and other sporting goods here, I highly recommend this place for newbies and pros!

Went to buy a new driver. The salesman immediayely suggested I try "their most popular driver" without asking my price range, handicap or what I was looking for in a driver. I asked him why it was the most popular and he replied it was the best driver for the price. Again, never asked my price range which was significantly higher than their most popular model. It makes me angry when salesmen make assumptions about what women want. Just ask us, we'll let you know.
