We are in-network with Tricare and with Liberty Healthshare. We process out-of-network physical therapy claims with nearly all major health insurance carriers and will facilitate claims submission and reimbursement for you. For those not using insurance, we do offer payment plans to help defer the cost of your physical therapy services.

I work with athletes from all sports and ability levels. I've worked closely with runners, triathletes, cyclists, skiers etc to come back from injury and manage the on-again/off-again aches and pains that come with being a lifetime athlete.

The first visit usually takes anywhere from 75-90 minutes. We go above and beyond your typical physical therapy visit and take that extra time to not only understand your injury or ache/pain, but all the other factors that play into WHY you're hurting. After some detailed Q&A, we'll do a head-to-toe movement evaluation that includes measuring your joint range of motion, muscle strength and coordination, and perform neurological and functional movement screens. By the end of the visit you'll have a good sense as to what's going on and why you're hurting, we'll start treatments to get you moving and feeling better, and you'll have a brief personalized to-do list of exercises to maximize your healing potential. And as always, questions are encouraged throughout the process.

We do! Home and office visits are exactly why our mobile concierge physical therapy business was created. Great question! Telehealth is physical therapy performed via secure video chat to your computer or smartphone. We've successfully treated low back pain, sciatica, and numbness and tingling into the legs and arms. Telehealth PT is available across California and Washington State, and is covered by Tricare insurance. People most often utilizing telehealth are those with limited time away from work or family responsibilities, or for those who are a long ways from a PT clinic.
