BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I would personally like to call out Joe Dolin in sales and Hayden Cook in financials. These two gentlemen made this experience fun, comfortable, and very enjoyable. I’ve been to MANY car dealerships in the past two months and this has been the best of the best. Joe Dolin (the Salesman): Joe was professional, courteous, kind, and fun to be around. Usually most care salesmen in the past would be aggressive, rude, waste time, or be somewhat friendly or at least put on an act. Not Joe, he kept it real and he was a genuine human being. I’ve never had fun before buying a brand new car but guys, I cannnnottt express enough how this was my first experience ever where I actually recommend to everyone to go with Joe and this dealership. What I also love is that they DID NOT MARK UP THE VEHICLE!!! Everyone is doing it and they kept it at MSRP the whole time. I didn’t even want to negotiate but they do offer military discount. Hayden Cook (the Final Stop) Once you decide to get the car you’ll go over to one of the members at the Dealership to close and his name is Hayden Cook. Same as Joe, Hayden was a real human being. At first, you know how it is, I was preparing myself to defend against outrageous markups and extra fees and packages I didn’t need. Again I was fooled, they didn’t take that approach. He didn’t even try to sell me the packages, they were optional and there was no pressure in getting them. I still went with the 120,000mi bumper to bumper warranty because you can’t beat it. Anyways, it was a painless process and just a conversation. Had a couple of laughs and it was very relaxing and mutually respecting. If you go here please treat these two with respect and kindness because they deserve it and work very hard! THEY DESERVE PROMOTIONS AND RAISES!!! Haha. If I consider an electric car in the future I am DEFINITELY coming back here! The Car: The Santa Cruz! I’m not going to go into too much detail because it’s a review for the dealership. I got this as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves the luxurious interior and the weekend adventurer truck bed. I like the truck bed use for work but this is definitely packed with features and perfect for anyone in socal. I thought through photos it was ugly but once I checked it out in person it grew on me. Driving it is fun, sound system is perfect, sunroof, AWD, and built in tonneau cover that locks is convenient. If you’re on the fence between this and the maverick, CHECK THIS OUT!

I had a great experience with Kearny Mesa Hyundai. Prior to arriving to the dealership, I did a little homework on what I want not what any dealership would like me to have. Prior to settling with the Santa Fe, I was looking at the Sonota. But, went in a different direction once on the lot. Sales Team Member, Brian Wood(s) was helpful and assisted me in every step of the way. I told him what I wanted and the specs I needed. And he delivered. He thanked me for my service as a Navy Veteran and a military/veteran discount was applied to my vehicle which I wasn't expecting. Winning!! I was impressed and satisfied. Totally recommend this dealership. The service department was grade A. A slight malfunction and it was corrected immediately.

Been shopping around at several dealerships for a new EV and they were by far best to work with. Didn’t feel rushed. Answered every question we had. They did not add on a bunch of dumb “features” at absurd prices. Best of all, the car was at MSRP in March of 2022. Thank you for your patience and honesty, Jay.

1/19/22 UPDATE: Needing a second key fob for the Malibu, Savannah from Sales quickly acted to have her manager arrange a new key fob for me. Savannah is a consummate sales professional who goes above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much for your superb customer service skills, Savannah! ------------- I bought a used 2017 Chevy Malibu early this year (2022) and it had a scratched bumper. Dealer promised to fix it on my own schedule. I brought it in on 1/10/22 and they kept it for a day. Dave Hughes, the very nice store sales manager, obtained a loaner car for me and that worked out quite nicely. I got the Malibu back with the repaired scratch and it looked like brand new. Ivan, the service person who worked on my vehicle is topnotch. He made sure that the quality of his work exceeded the customer's expectation. Savannah, the salesperson who assisted me, was very helpful. I was advised every step of the way. She was very communicative and on time with her messages. If there's an option for 10 stars then all the personnel deserve it. Overall, this dealership is a class of its own.

Hello, I went in for a recall and oil change on Monday for my Hyundai Elantra at this location, when I got my car back the driver window control button has damage. What now?? Dealership, how did this happen? Please respond & help fix this.

I just got my car back from these guys after they had it for a month. Although they provided a rental car loaner, I will make an effort to go elsewhere in the future. I believe they misdiagnosed the initial problem so when the backordered part arrived, the problem still existed and more parts needed to be acquired. They also managed to damage the paint job on my relatively new car but they sort of fixed it, including overspray all over the finish and glass. Go elsewhere.

Does the dealership provide complimentary car washes with the purchase of a new car?

Unfortunately, that's probably your best bet. While it is possible to program some key fobs from home, the process can be very complicated.
