Looked for beginning baby walking shoes. Surprised at the large selection they had. Salespersons are patient and courteous and are children friendly.

Please read to the end to understand why I only rated this store four stars. Of all the Nordstrom stores that I shop at, this is my least favorite. It’s a beautiful, well-maintained store, and of course, the service is excellent. I only wish it was larger. With all the recent and upcoming updates to this mall, hopefully, Nordstrom will expand this store.

Janet at the Estée Lauder counter is the best! She took the time to help me look for a foundation today, she gave me her honest opinion, took her time and did not feel like she was trying to push a sale on me. Not only that I felt like I was talking with a friend, she was very personable, sweet, and knowledgeable. Thank you Janet.
