I went here on the advice from another Dr. From an urgent care who said to go to an ER to rule out a blood clot for left head pain for weeks said could either be shingles or a blood clot and to go to an ER to make sure it’s not a blood clot. I was seen by Dr. Pillitteri who treated me as if I was a nuisance for even being there. He even said “why are you even here”.. saw me for maybe 2 min and walked away then came back and said I could leave and that he’s not running any tests at all and it’s probably shingles.. Didn’t even want to stay for questions nothing. He made me feel terrible as if I wanted to be in the ER at the first place! I’m sorry but he’s probably the worst Dr I’ve ever encountered.

DO NOT USE THE ER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!! Spent 7 hours yesterday at the ER... Never ONCE saw a doctor.... Never had an assigned Nurse.. Wife needed assistance several times (bathroom etc...) and after pushing call button, no response... At one time, she fell down, face on the floor, and nurse just looked at her and said " YOU NEED TO GET UP....." Lots of laughing and giggling from young staff but no one in charge.. Hour to finally get an injection for pain, total disorganization.... Considering contacting an attorney if problems arise from misdiagnosis... Wife is in the medical field and was HORRIFIED.. Any positive reviews should be taken with a grain of salt.... One funny note though... After several calls for bathroom assist with no response , I was able to get her into bathroom... Then 45 minutes later a nurse did show up asking for a urine sample. My wife and I burst out laughing!!!! Several calls over several hours for some water... I finally cupped my hands and carried water from the sink so she could drink as there were no cup... Contacting my Insurance company to tell them not to give them a dime!!! At least with MD clinic walk-in she would have seen a DOCTOR.. Update... Was charged $16,000.00 for this "Experience" ...

Just another place with zero class, professionalism, or customer service and no accountability! Extremely rude when I was there, couldn’t give me a timeframe on the wait to be seen when zero patients were in ER when I arrived! Left and Called to complain and they just play games with the phones transferring over and over and would not let me speak to a person in charge! Go somewhere they actually care about you!

My rewiew is horrendous.. Doctor forgot to summit prescription to pharmacy..It's been 2 day's and my sister is still trying to figure out what happened..
