Worst experience ever. I had an Emergency ESTHER, Pur me on hold for over an hour to tell mevthey couldn't take care of an Emergency. I will be writing the AMA about this. The supervisor never called back and I'll see someone at different Institute tomorrow. The rest of the staff were wonderful. It's sad that I can't trust there employees. 0 stars after today

Office staff for Dr Friedman very rude and non empathetic. I know they put us at the bottom of the appointment list as the entire room is now empty and we have been in front of many people. Or they ought right ignored us. It has been over an 1:45 hour. Kinda feel they left for lunch and don’t really care. We’ve been to many of Dr Friedman’s locations. And this one is for the( 2nd time ) has been by far the worst. Don’t schedule appointments here
