You just can not ask for a better doctor. I have been dealing with eye issues for nearly 40 years. I was misdiagnosed by my previous doctor and being treated for something I did not actually even have for over 7 years! Dr. Greenstein performed a proper exam and was the one that figured out the misdiagnosis and found the actual problems on my first visit with her over 5 years ago and directed me to the proper specialist. She is the first doc that can dial in my script the first time! She always has a smile and I love just talking with her. For those who have had issues with her staff in the past, I get it but I do believe she has corrected that and she has a good group of professionals in the front office now that are a joy to talk to as well. So, if you want a eye exam from the sweetest most knowledgeable and adorable doc and receive professional assistance from the time you walk in the door then go to Eye2Eye. Dr. K Greenstein is super thorough, sharp, intelligent, explains in detail, great since of humor and again a true joy to talk to. Not too many eye docs ask about your personal health with care and compassion! She is a true blessing to my family and myself. We are thankful to have such a wonderful doctor in our neighborhood. I’ve always had a good experience with the Dr. here. However, I always come out feeling so disappointed in the level of customer service the front staff provides. They are the first faces you see when you come into the office and the last you see when you leave, whether you are speaking to the front desk people or trying to get fitted for glasses from the other ladies. I’m in customer service too and I understand people have stressful days every now and again but as a customer, I should always feel like you want to help me out and like you enjoy your job (even if you don’t).
