From lying about the price of your bill , inventory to making Cellular sales employee hopefuls drive to Savannah , then Kingsland all week then bounce around Jax or Ga just to be terminated by email without cause or warning so the morally deficient rejects that work there can make their extra money by mentoring then milking dry the mentee and throwing them away . Don’t buy an Edge it’s their PROMO phone NOT A GOOD phone . Remember if they can pay an employee $18 a screen protector and $15 a charger how bad are they getting off on YOU the consumer ? Just wanted to give some insight on this company ( which is not actually Verizon like they will lie and say ) but subcontracted trash

NO, YOU CAN MAKE ONE , BUT WHEN I WENT THERE , ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS WERE THERE , AND 4 EMPLOYEES WERE AVAILABLE ,
We did this recently and it was pretty easy. Go in and meet with one of the sales people and they'll walk you through everything. We ended up having to get new phones because ours didn't work with Verizon, but Dustin was able to walk us through it all and get us a good deal. The only thing you might want to look into first is if you get any kind of discount through your company. You need to bring in some kind of official form. Since this is an authorized retailer, I guess they don't have access into all of the systems that the corporate stores have. Overall though, it was a really easy process.
