It is great to see these nice reviews, unfortunately mine is not so good. I initially thought I did my due diligence. There were a lot of positive reviews and I was thinking it would be good to go with a one stop shop……WRONG! This has been the worst experience in my life. I was recently a widow and I bought a new house to start my life over. I was looking forward to new beginnings……they destroyed that. I signed my contract in July of 2021. The work was supposed to start 8 weeks later……. nope it was over 7 months. The Project ended the end of May (according to them that is 4 to 5 months ago). It hasn’t even been a full 3 months yet. When they started their project, manager was trying to get additional money from. 3 different crews worked on the project. I don't understand how any of them have a license. My floors are coming up in three rooms now. They were supposed to level the living room floor by the fireplace and the flooring is coming up. The project manager scratched my car and it was not repaired. They did not cover the rooms for the demolition. I had two rooms covered in dust. Parts of the contract had to be removed because the manager wanted to charge additional funds to move electric line that was in the soffit(which the language in the contract included) Their own employees agreed I was being done wrong. There are huge gaps between the door frame and the floors that they filled with caulking. I did not realize that I was supposed to provide my own caulking. Scratches on the living room floor, forayer, and kitchen floor from them moving things. The list goes on; bathroom floor, ceiling (redone 3 times), the caulking on the cabinets doesn't match. Paint on the kitchen floor and counter tops. The cabinet doors are loose. The Island had to be moved. I will never recommend to any family, friends, or clients. In summary, the work took too long (way longer than estimated) the work was poorly performed, the employees (and their employer) were unprofessional, and the end result I had to spend additional time and money to correct the shoddy work.

The carpet was ordered from the factory and was in stock within days. The entire process was courteous, professional and friendly. Their installer was the best I’ve ever seen.
