I truly hate to write bad reviews but I had such an unpleasant experience at this salon & every time I drive to TJs it makes me wince when passing by. There is a lady there selling orchids, she isn't the boss but behaved as if she was. The salon was absolutely empty. I was the only customer getting a pedicure. I explained to my technician that I was having surgery the following week & needed to stay distant w mask etc & apologized. The bossy one immediately walked a new client in and sat her right next to me, (a client who was talking v loudly on her cellphone). I asked my technician if we cld move or if it was possible to move the other lady (before she even sat down). They did it but the for the remainder of my visit the bossy one spoke negatively about me, was so incredibly hostile I burst into tears when I got in my car. I would never ever visit this place again. I don't think I've ever had anyone be so hostile to me, it was extremely upsetting & when I tried to explain to the client that I was having surgery & trying to be careful she shut me down with a serious attitude. They were a perfect match. Awful place, but my technician was lovely & very embarrassed so I made sure to tip her well.
