This place is unbelievable they want you to make separate eye appointments and they’re only allowing two kids per adult I have my five year old with me and they cannot accommodate me whatsoever even with me especially explaining to them that I am not from the state they still did not work anything out in my favor for me and my kids they are about their money unless customer service also I noticed there is no African-American receptionist nobody in there everybody in there speak Spanish and is Latina and I don’t think that’s right that’s a huge discrimination I will no longer be bringing my children or family here ever again.

Amazing!!! I was skeptic in taking my daughter here because of all the bad reviews but I had a hard time finding a clinic that would see my 4 year old and this ended up being my only option. Let me point out that you are only allowed one person inside with the patient therefore if you have more children you will have to arrange to leave them elsewhere but that is the only downside. Other than that the service was awesome! My 4 year old was really nervous but the guy that did most of her testing was super friendly with her and made her feel very comfortable. Everybody treated her very well and they were incredibly patient with her. Dr. Kumar did a great job in making sure I fully understood everything about my daughter's vision. When it was time to pick out her glasses they pointed out which section was covered by our insurance and they allowed us to browse comfortable without anybody hovering over us. I am really glad I gave this location a chance. Please do not let the bad reviews misguide you. THEY ARE AWESOME!!

❌ No more than 1 child per adult. No exceptions. ❌ NOT family friendly. (If you have more than 1 child- higher a babysitter or have husband ask for time off for the appointment to watch the other kids) 1) My wife scheduled an eye exam appointment for our oldest daughter. You would think that the business would tell you, "only 1 child per adult" at that time. They don't. 2) They also inform covid-19 mandates as though we were still in a pandemic. 3) Another reason this place is NOT family friendly is that people (refer to attached picture) are undressing/exposing themselves in their parking lot.

They have different rules every other day. Not accommodating at all. I came to Pick to my son glasses at 4:45 because they close at 5:30 on Thursday’s and no one was there. Dr Kumar is sweet as pie but his staff is terrible

Thank you for your question. We do accept walk-ins on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings. On Mondays, we accept the first three walk-ins that come to our clinic before 10:30 am, and the first three walk ins that come between 1:45 pm and 3:00 pm. We take the first three walk ins from 1:45 pm to 3:00 pm on Wednesday afternoons, and the first three walk ins from between 9:00 am and 10:30 am on Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, as we normally see patients the whole day without a lunch break, our clinic accepts two walk in patients each day before 11:00 am on those two days. We do not take walk ins only on Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoons Walk in availability is affected whenever we are short-staffed due to illness or vacations, so it is always best to contact us in advance when inquiring about walk in availability.

Do you take Aetna HMO Prime?

Yes we do. Many HMO plans do require a referral from a patient’s primary care doctor before eye care services can be covered. Please bring us your insurance card so our staff can verify your coverage and benefits. Thank you for your question.

Do the savages open?

At this time we are not open on saturdays to allow our staff to spend time with their families. We do take walkins. We see a maximum of three walkins in the mornings before 10:30 and three walking in the afternoon before 3:00. The only times we do not take walkins are Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoons. Thank you
