I had two implants prepared. I can't take NSAIDS so it was very painful. I called for a fill of pain meds since they only gave me 2 days worth on Friday morning and were not open til Monday am. I called at 9 am Monday and continued calling until they finally called it in at 3:30. I think a little empathy for the patient would go a long way. I intend on looking elsewhere for future implants since there is no need to suffer the way they make you suffer.
