The billing clerk is an absolute nightmare. After getting thousands from me I was belittled over a very small overdue balance, which was paid. Never again will I go to a facility that employees such hateful people. I would not recommend this place.

5/5 would definitely recommend! Dr. Klein did a great job removing my wisdom tooth and the staff at the office was friendly and had great customer service! I was referred to the office by my family dentist to have my infected wisdom tooth removed. I was originally told on Sept 2nd that they didn’t have any consult appointments available until Sept 20th so I scheduled for then and they put me on the list to be called if there were any cancellations. I got a call 2 hrs later that they had a cancellation and could get me in at 2pm that day so I went. I was given 3 dates at the end of Sept and beginning of Oct to choose from to schedule the extraction. After checking with my work, I called the office an hour after leaving to schedule for the Oct date and was told they just had another cancellation and could get me in on Sept 7th for the surgery. So after thinking the process would take well over a month, it took less than a week. They took great care of me and kept my husband well informed while I was there.

Terrible customer service. I just called to make an appointment. They told me that I need to go somewhere else, because what I need to have done is a lot, and another dentist may see that less work needs to be done; so I should try another dentist. Then they said to let them know if I still need their help in the future.
