Hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool. Seems to be segregated. The outside pool was throwing in the furniture. The room was supposed to be ready by 4pm but wasn't ready until 5:30pm. The rooms are nice, but didn't have enough towels and washcloths and no shampoo at all. Had to call and get that. Booked a room with breakfast included and was told that she didn't see that but she'd give it to me because I had to wait for the room. Would've preferred to of just been given a discount or late checkout instead of being given something I had already paid for to begin with. The drain around the pool was clogged and water everywhere. Definitely needs some attention from maintenance. One came through, but just looked and kept walking.

We are Hilton diamond members but had never stayed at a Doubletree. We were pleasantly surprised. Check in was quick and easy, we were given water and chips, and cookies from some sort of warming drawer. The cookies were very good. Our suite was clean and spacious with a great river view. If we are in the area we will definitely stay here again.

If you don't mind hearing semi trucks braking in the middle of the night then this place is for you. The bathrooms are tiny and the hotel wasn't prepared for to be fully booked. They couldn't keep towels and the ceiling was peeling above the shower. The front desk staff was amazing and went out of their way to find what they could. The pool was nice. It is definitely dated and not worth what they were charging during the JOAD tournament. $275 a night during that week and now the rates are $112 a night only 2 days later. Breakfast is NOT included. The upside was the AC worked unlike our first hotel

The staff at this location is very friendly and professional. Also, the rooms were clean and the property is in good shape. I was disappointed with the check-in process. I was given an upgrade to a suite by Hilton Honors during the mobile check-in room assignment. It wasn't honored by the property and told me it would be about $80 more per night if I wanted to keep it. I informed the front desk that the app automatically gave me the complimentary upgrade and they said that a manager denied it. That's really bad customer service. Someone should have contacted me to explain what happened prior to my arrival, because it comes across as a bait and switch. Also, my original room rate was increased by $16 per night as well. However, the front desk manager was very professional and did end up honoring the original booking rate. The good news is that this has been the only property I've stayed at recently that correctly posts the food & beverage credit. Even though I was disappointed with the upgrade process, I'm pleased with the end result.
