I’m writing this for my husband who stayed here for the months of May and June for a spill job. First off, One big towel was given for bathing, No small towels. Everyday after work, you would have to ask for towels to bathe again (1 big one). Employee was always sleeping and hard to wake up and when he decided to awaken, He was upset and greeted you with the one towel. Thursday’s was the day that your room was cleaned and being that there was two of us in a room, We got two towels each on that day until it was time to ask for our one a day afterwards. I must give credit where credit is due, The ladies that cleaned the room did a marvelous job as well as the Maintenance Guys! Being that this job required me to get dirty, The towels are a needed necessity and who wants to bathe every body part with one towel a day! This has to change!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!.!.!. Their facility is a none smoking facility which is totally understandable . But me and my wife notices in our jacuzzi in room 326 there was a cigarettes or cigar burn in the tub but we thought nothing of it because of course they would have noticed or seen it in the past but no they charged me a 150 dollar fee for damages and their he depart lent was no help and said the charge will stand because that’s what the hotels choice is. The jacuzzi would only stay on 3 min tops I honestly think this hotel is getting young couple and people out of there money because they think there is no back lash from stealing from youth but it’s okay I already have legal action put in place and I will get my money one way or another

I stayed here back in Late April - early May for work. My trip was cut short due to an incident with my toxic team lead at the time. But this place is nice does have bed bugs. They come and get rid of them but you have to let them know if you see bed bugs. It was a comfortable room I had. But the reason I am giving it 2 stars is the beds bugs and they need better variety for morning breakfast.

I booked two rooms. The double queen was fine. The king with jacuzzi was not ok. One learning that the jacuzzi in the room was nasty they gave me another one. That jacuzzi was nasty as well. Hair all over, the clerk gave me some spray to wipe it out myself but it wasn’t no use. There was hair, and dirt coming out of the jets just awful. I paid to much for something I didn’t get to use😡
