Sent my mother to have the front brakes changed. They charged her 400 dollars for the work without informing her of the price. Crooks!!!

I took my vehicle to this business in early April. I told mechanic that the brake line was leaking. He didn't see any leak and told me that it needed rotate,pads, and cylinder. Me thinking this would fix it, I told him to go ahead. I paid over $400 for this. Got the car home and noticed the brake pedal was still going almost to the floor. No better than it was at first. If it had driven it, it was plain to see. Took it back, they kept it about 2 weeks. Said they had it fixed again. This time,$470 for the repair. I could not get a ride down there for aprx 7-8 days. But had the money ready to pay, but now they got a mechanics Leon on it. Also. I called 2 days before coming 2 or 3 times. No answer. Terrible experience here. Will not be back

They lie to their customers. They allowed my daughter to drive an a bent rotor and assured me the whole time that her car was safe, charged me $925 to do brakes on her car not to mention 925 just to do the back brakes. I had to take a car …Ms Hill I reviewed your ticket and we did rear pads and rotors, and hub bearing on both rear wheels as well. All of that is under warranty. Currently your car needs front pads and rotors, which is not work we performed. The work you needed wasn't under warranty because we never did it to begin with. If you can provide some details where you feel we lied, I would appreciate it.

Once, I had placed a good review for Brakes For Lee about a year ago. Recently returned to have brakes & rotors done on different vehicle. It's a long story how/why I'm dissatisfied and I'm not going to blame, blame, blame. Just definitely not coming back to "Brakes For Regrets".
