The staff were the best. The Lady that checked me in was super nice and made sure my stay was as enjoyable as it could be working 12 hours a day in the heat. She was shall we say pleasant to converse with.

Positive: It was a roof and a bed Negative: We booked this hotel b/c the site said there was a pool & once we booked we were committed BUT the pool was NOT open. Told upon check in that breakfast was included but it wasnt. The AC took until 3 am to cool the room off. The parking lot was too dark.

Very nice, clean, and modern facility. Staff seemed newer and didn't know all the answers. The room was especially nice and I appreciate that they took away a bit of the room and added it to the bathroom. The TV and streaming services are more advanced with more options than most hotels. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in (for work) in so far.

Horrible!!!!! I only booked because website stated it had an indoor pool. Pool was not in working order and had not been in some time but staff stated they won't update their website because they use hotel next door outside pool. This defeates the purpose during the winter cold months. I stepped on broken glass in the room and did find loose change and crushed potato chips in the room chair. Bathroom was gross smelling And back security Gate was broken. Free parking but at ur own risks. No Breakfast was served. Staff was not available when toilet over flowed and ran all night. Will never book or stay here Again. 😪
